On the property page, choose “Book a viewing” in the form and give your preferred date and time. We will confirm availability with you.
How can I access or request deletion of my data?
On the contact page, choose “My data rights (GDPR)” and state the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the legal deadline.
Are the calculator results final?
No. They are estimates based on the rules and sources stated in each calculator, as at the validation date shown. The final amount depends on your specific situation and should be confirmed with the competent authorities.
How can I request a valuation of my property?
Fill in the form on the contact or brokerage page and choose “Value my property”. We will get in touch to collect the details we need and arrange a visit.
Which documents are usually needed to sell a property?
Typically: the property tax record (caderneta predial), land registry certificate (certidão permanente), energy certificate and, depending on the case, the occupancy licence and housing technical file. The exact list depends on the property — we confirm it with you case by case.
