Cookie policy

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website uses only the cookies described below, all set by the website itself. We do not use advertising or social media cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for the website to work and do not require consent:

• noz_consent — stores your cookie choice (6 months).
• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose (until you close your browser).
• Back-office session cookies (names starting with “noz.”) — used only by authenticated NOZ staff.

Audience measurement (optional)

Only with your consent (“Audience measurement” in the cookie notice):

• noz_vid — random visitor identifier, used to count unique visitors (13 months).
• noz_sid — random session identifier, used to count visits (30 minutes).

They contain only a random code, are read only by our server and are not shared with third parties. If you withdraw consent, they are deleted immediately. Without consent, the website only counts visits in aggregate, without storing anything on your device.

Changing your choice

Use the “Manage cookies” link in the footer of any page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Maps, videos and sharing

• Property maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address in order to send the map images but does not set cookies.
• YouTube or Vimeo videos are only loaded if you click “Play video”. From then on, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. YouTube is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
• Share buttons are plain links and do not load social network scripts.

This translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
